Why do you need this group?

I believe it tries to setup some default users who will have all the rights in MMC to manage store/application permissions or access AzMan data. It's natural to grant Builtin\Administrators all the rights because they should have all the SQL Server rights anyway. I know some of the SQL Server installations only have SQL authentication so there is no builtin\adminstrators login. Or it might have been removed from SQL Server. It shouldn't stop you from using NetSqlAzMan. But you need at least manually setup one SQL login to have enough rights.
