c) Right click on Database created above and choose 'New Query'.
d) Load and execute script named 'NetSqlAzMan_SqlServer.sql' from the installation folder.
  • 2) Define the Structure
  • 3) Authorize Users
  • 4) Invoke the CheckAccess method from your application (add reference to NetSqlAzMan.dll)
using NetSqlAzMan;
using NetSqlAzMan.Interfaces;
string cs = "Data Source=(local);Initial Catalog = NetSqlAzManStorage;Integrated Secuirty = SSPI;";
IAzManStorage storage = new SqlAzManStorage(cs);
AuthorizationType authorization = storage.CheckAccess("My Store", "My Application",
                      "My Operation 1", WindowsIdentity.GetCurrent(), DateTime.Now, true);

Typo in connectionstring, it should be:
string cs = "Data Source=(local);Initial Catalog = NetSqlAzManStorage;Integrated Security = SSPI;";
